  • Client Data: Information you input regarding your clients, including billing records, PAN/TAN/GST details, and case statuses.
  • DSC Token Data: Specific details related to Digital Signature Certificates used within the portal. Passwords for DSCs are not asked or taken from the user and are not required to list the expiry date in Our Database. Only Sr No of token is registered for avoiding duplication of Tokens and stored with the highest security standards.
  • Task & Billing Information: Data related to tasks allocated, billing, and invoices generated through our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To facilitate account creation and logon processes.
  • To manage user accounts and provide our core services (Practice Task Tracking, Billing, Client Registries).

Within the application, you have the ability to terminate your account. Upon termination, data is scheduled for a permanent wipe within 2 months as part of our secure data lifecycle.
